Being knowledgeable in both local and state (Santa Caterina and Rio de Janeiro), as well as federal administrative procedures and routines would put you in the forefront.

Fluent in Brazilian and English would be a requirement, and the patience to educate the team in the etiquette of doing business and living in Brazil, in addition to teaching and enhancing the skills of the teams’ daily use of and proficiency in communicating in Brazilian.
