PA Olsen Mechanical was established, focused on the manufacturing and maintenance of mechanical equipment.
2008,
Following a change of ownership in the company was restructured with a strategic shift towards aftermarket services and rebranded as Panterra.
2014
Panterra expanded its capabilities to include larger EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) projects and obtained DNV GL ISO certification, positioning the company as a reliable partner for industrial and offshore clients.

2016
Panterra relocated to larger production facilities, enabling the company to undertake fabrication of large-scale mechanical equipment.
2017
The business model was further developed with the addition of an in-house design and engineering department, robotic welding capabilities, and an integrated cloud-based manufacturing solution. These strategic investments strengthened Panterra’s position as a modern, full-service mechanical contractor.

Panterra becomes a Vertically Integrated Company, offering in-house Engineering & Design, Manufacturing, Service, and Aftermarket support. Panterra Tecnologia do Brasil is established to strengthen the company's global presence.
