Strategic Sales Leader

You are a driven, proactive, and strategic sales professional with solid technical insight and a proven ability to lead complex sales processes from A to Z. You thrive on working closely with clients and have experience from industries where technical understanding and quality are essential to success.

What we’re looking for:

  • Proven B2B sales experience in industrial sectors such as oil & gas, defense, or EPC projects

  • Ability to understand technical requirements and turn them into tailored solutions and offers

  • High personal drive and a strong “get-things-done” mindset

  • Skilled in building strong client relationships and negotiating at senior levels

  • Comfortable acting as both advisor and sales driver
